Dear All,

We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Abbie Pound for a 6-month assignment within the Global Talent Management and Engagement team effective from Monday March 29.

As part of her professional development, she will support the Ipsen Mentoring Program improvement in the context of the new Ipsen Strategy, to boost the culture of collaboration and excellence.

During her assignment Abbie will work closely with the Talent Management Core Team & HR community, on Mentoring program gap analysis and process maximization. Abbie will dedicate around 20% of her time to this global activity, combining it with her role as Global Medical Publications and Communication Senior Director.

Abbie graduated with a first-class honors degrees in Biology and Psychology, before turning to a career in publishing and medical communications. Throughout her career she has been an active advocate for talent development, both in her work and personal life.
