Survey for HR Community and action plan

Dear HR Community member,

as shared in our December HR Webcast, the Engagement Survey results have identified several themes we would like to work on with you as a member of the HR community.

With your help, we would like to identify and deep dive on root causes and gather your suggestions on 3 themes that are closely related:

·        Workload / Work-life balance (Lead: Mirjana Le Friec)
·        Barrier to Execution / Efficiency​ (Lead:  Siv-Sane Kin)
·        Communication / Change​ (Lead: Abbie Pound)

Thanks to this short and anonymous survey, we want you to describe with your words what exactly is making your workload heavy or difficult and/or your work life unbalanced. Similarly, we would like to hear from you on concrete examples of barriers to execution and finally on your suggestions on how we could enhance our communication and approach to change management.

We would like to hear from you: please be specific, give concrete examples, dates… We can act only if we know what we target to address an efficient solution.
