STI Collective Factors Digitization

Dear HR Community,

In line with your feedback from this year’s ACR / STI lessons learnt, and our commitment to continuously improve processes, we are glad to inform you we are going to make another towards digitization in including the STI collective factors in iPeople. As a reminder, the collective factors are one of the 3 components of the STI (along with individual & group factors).

This digitization represents a significant added value, if used consistently. It helps increase data reliability and ease follow-up. Above all, this is going to create new opportunities to digitize our compensation data and our processes  – one more step towards removing barriers to execution!

2023 collective factors are going to be massively uploaded in iPeople (based on 2023 compensation letters if available / assumptions if not) and will be visible in the “Compensation” section of each employee soon. The next step is to make sure the reported collective factors are correct & still valid, and to add any missing ones.

Please find here the link to the detailed presentation describing the solution we built, your respective roles towards this new functionality, and the steps to follow to update iPeople. There will be a couple of specific sessions to go into detail & answer your questions on October 5th.
