Dear HR community,

Sophie LI just joined Ipsen as Senior C&B Manager for  IPSEN China in the HR department.

In 2010, she studied in Murray State University in USA for MBA-Accounting major with “Graduate Assistant Scholarships” and was accounting assistant of campus as part-time job. Before going back to China, she worked in the USA as an accountant. In 2011, she became a consultant in Towers Watson Consulting Firm in China. Her mission included organization structure design, compensation and benefit system building, performance and sales incentive system design, Human Capital Metrics analysis.

From Sep 2013 until now, she worked for Canon China  and Veolia Environment China as HR Manager in HR Function, and  was responsible for Compensation & Benefits and Organization Development Areas, and Asia & Global HR Projects.
