In connection with the “Hiring Barrier Breaker” project and “One Headcount for one Target” initiative, we are pleased to announce the simplification of the ‘Create position’ process in iPeople:

• we removed the field ‘Reason: Budgeted / Non Budgeted’ and the approval of the Global HRBP Lead and Finance executive.
• a notification will be sent to the Site HR, Global HRBP, Finance Partner (Local) and Finance Executive (Division) to inform them once the position is successfully created or denied.
