We are delighted to announce that Cara Wang will join Ipsen as Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner – China on Monday, 22 December 2025, reporting to Caroline O’Reilly, Head of Talent Acquisition UK/I & International.
About Cara
Cara brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering within the biopharma and healthcare sectors. Her impressive track record includes:
- Leading commercial and R&D hiring programs at Bluesail, LianBio, Baxter, and Johnson & Johnson
- Building robust talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives
- Implementing digital recruitment systems and streamlining hiring processes
- Supporting large-scale workforce planning and organizational growth
Role Scope
Based in Shanghai, Cara will support our mainland China affiliate, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and aligned functions. She will play a key role in attracting top talent and strengthening our employer brand in the region.
