A quick up date for you on how we plan to manage External Recognition (inc. Great Place to Work [GPTW], Top Employer, Shingo, etc) at Ipsen moving forward:

1. After 2 years in charge, Nafsika and Alessandra have now handed over the coordination of our external recognition awards to Abbie and Chantelle, as the engagement team
2. We will hopefully sign soon a global GPTW contract from 2023 onwards, pending successful contract negotiations with the GPTW team – we will provide a further update once we have a conclusion; in the meantime, please can we ask that you do not set up new contracts with GPTW local affiliates without aligning with us (Abbie and Chantelle) first
3. We now have an interactive map showing the external recognition that we have received – click  HERE
   1. This map will be updated on a regular basis, so please do let us know as and when you achieve external recognition
   2. As you can see for Czech Republic, France, Greece and others, there is an opportunity to add a photo and comment from relevant country representative – if there is no comment/photo for your country and you would like one added, please let Abbie/Chantelle know
   3. NB. This map is available on the Our Culture page on My Ipsen, and will shortly be shown on Glassdoor and https://careers.ipsen.com/
