At the GHRM Culture session, we worked on three of the Culture Manifesto attributes which will most likely be impacted by behaviours across the HR community, and invited the team present to share ideas/actions already happening within HR that might support turning those 3 lights green across HR.

• We are working for now and the future

We appreciate there’s a lot of information here and invite you to select the suggestions that most resonate with you, and focus on the proposals for those recommendations. We don’t all need to do everything, but we do each have to do something.
