We would like to share with you what we have done during the last Career Month at Ipsen France to encourage and promote Mentoring program. With the spirit of learning and sharing together, we hope that this can be useful for us all, and we are happy to get your feedback, or support if some of you might want to leverage this initiative in your countries or divisions.

I get inspired, I get equipped, I share & learn thanks to the MENTORING program at Ipsen.

Mentoring is a wonderful tool based on volunteering and mutual aid.

Mentee and mentor learn from each other and grow together !

A unique human relationship full of sharing of experiences, networkings, life reflections.

A big THANK YOU to all attendees & organizers for this great friendly time together, around Meet & Lunch, Meet & Coffee events  on Ipsen French offices.  Popularity, Curiosity & Sharing were at the rendez-vous !

During the Career month 2023, it has been a wonderful opportunity to meet & discuss with Ipsen mentors & mentees, in live !
