Dear Colleagues

This week has seen TechOps running its first Career Week open to over 1000 employees.  We were delighted to also be joined by our CHC Industrial Affairs managers at this event.

What a week!  We’ve heard how Ipsen’s colleagues and Senior Leaders started their career journeys and moved their careers forward, how to promote and support a diverse and inclusive environment and held many local practical events aimed at bringing career journeys to life.

This really reinforces the notion that it’s up to each and every one of us that we continue to develop and grow our career.
