Dear HR Colleagues,
The Tech Ops HR team is really proud to share with you some great initiatives that have been put in place over the last months, on our different Industrial sites to maintain a high level of engagement of our employees and a real connection to Patients & Society, especially during this difficult context.

Wrexham, UK
This year, Wrexham site decided to support its local community and some local charities who are helping local people who may be struggling this year, underneath our reception Christmas Tree, we have arrange boxes to collect donations:
- Wrexham Homeless Shoe Box Appeal where we collect items including clothing, sweets and personal care products.
- Wrexham Food Bank where we collect non-perishable items to donate.
- KidsBank where we collect new toys/ books/accessories etc. to make Christmas packages for children and their families.

Signes, France
At Signes , we were really focused this year again on connecting with Patients so,
- We organized for Movember a Mustache creation competition with gifts, which resulted in 570 euros collected !
- NET conference – For the First time, we had an opportunity to meet with a real patient. We organized a specific day on NET, and we invited the president of the association APTED and a patient Laurence. Laurence told us her story, and the challenges. The testimony was really powerful for our employees and added real meaning and purpose to our mission to manufacture our products every day.

Cambridge, NA
At Tech Ops in Cambridge, two wonderful fundraising initiatives have been organized in the last quarter to show support to Patients and to our Local community.
- We took part in the Purple Stride Walk to raise money for PanCan to support patients with pancreatic cancer. We did a Virtual Silent Auction and a virtual trivia game where the proceeds were donated. Our site raised over $2600 for these patients!
- Tech Ops Cambridge also took part in a Virtual giving tree campaign through the Department of Family Services in Boston. We “adopted” twenty children and purchased toys and clothes for the holiday season requested by the children.
Dublin, Ireland.
At the Dublin site, this year, we tried to keep creating great moments for our employees despite of the difficult context, deploying a dynamic agenda of activities engaging everyone around awareness disease days, wellness activities, charity days and festive events.

Thank you the Tech Ops HR team for sharing their initiatives & best practices and we will be very happy if it could inspire other HR teams in any way.
Best Regards,
Nicola George
