With the growth of Specialty Care China organization, in order to enhance the strategical HR business partnering and to provide the strategical HRBP support for organizational transformation and growth, I’m pleased to announce, Stevie Chen, HRBP, Sr. Manager, will be dedicated to provide the strategical HRBP support to the departments of Sales(FF), Sales(HA) and Strategy & Business Development. Michael Hu, Employee Relationship Manager will expand his job scope to provide the strategical HRBP support for the dedicated departments of the rest of SC China functions including local and verticalized functions. They are Marketing, Commercial, Medical, MAP, QA, GRA, R&D, Finance, Legal, PACC, BE and IT. He will remain on the ER manager role to cover SC China.
The above announcement is effective on Jun 1st, and Stevie and Michael will work in parallelly from now until end of May for the smooth transition.
Michael holds bachelor’s degree in business administration from Xi’an Architecture & Technology University, with more than 10 years of human resource working experience in MNCs and domestic flagship enterprises. Before joining Ipsen, Michael worked for Micron– the 4th largest semiconductor company in the world, engaged in recruitment and then employee relations later. Michael is experienced in recruitment, employee relationship mediation and ER case handling, he is people-oriented with initiative and accountability, he is a quick learner and a team player. He has married with a daughter of with a 7-year-old.
