We are very pleased to announce that Chahida Bikbi will join the R&D HRLT team for a 12 month contract from September 22nd, 2021, and replaces Khadija while on maternity leave. She is based in Boulogne and will report to Aline.
In this role, Chahida will support and lead the talent agenda and HR processes for the Global R&D Operations function, partnering with Ritu Namdev and her Leadership Team and will provide operational support for the R&D Transformation HR activities within R&D. In this capacity, Chahida will be part of the GRDO and the R&D HR Leadership Teams.
