Dear colleagues,
As you may know, HR is leading two out of the 12 “Barriers to Execution” initiatives. One is related to the improvement of the timelines to Hire and the second is focused on optimizing of Mandatory Trainings. As part of this second initiative, we identified 4 main actions:
- Develop “Mandatory Training Matrices” that will clarify for end users what is currently mandatory
- Develop a governance around the administration of Training to ensure this initiative develops sustainable outcomes
- Produce administration ground rules and Best Practices, to harmonize training practices and improve end users’ experience
- Optimize iLearn as a tool
Last Thursday, we held a full-day workshop with representatives of key users groups, from UK, Ireland, US, France, all divisions represented. We also decided that this group would form an “iLearn Core Team” that would be fully integrated in the future governance.
Ipsen-wide communication on the main outcomes of this Workshop and the “Barriers to Execution” stream will follow shortly.
So, as HR stakeholders stay tune!
Thanks
Matt, Nathalie, Sophie
