By aligning the sustained learning approach with key competencies and utilizing a blended learning model—Experience, Exposure, and Education—we will provide ongoing learning opportunities, identify skill gaps, and encourage the practical application of learned concepts. This comprehensive strategy will enhance their managerial capabilities, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive organizational success.
