“At Ipsen, we inspire inclusion” – the International Women’s Day 2024 event has come to a successful conclusion. This year, Ipsen China not only inherited the highly acclaimed “half-day flexible welfare leave for female employees”, but also launched the “Wise Women’s Guide to Learning and Growing” – a special LinkedIn Learning Promotion.

We acknowledged that the blossoming of a woman’s career comes from the power of “I know who I am”, “I know what I aspire”, “what I value”, “how I could be a better me” .Therefore, we’ve captured this special momentum and selected three hot topics (see above) together with Fighting Gender Bias at work, creating one more learning moment leveraging LinkedIn Learning!
