Dear HR Community,
We are pleased to share with you the events we rolled out last week in APAC region.
Mari Scheiffele, Anne-Laure Amoros, Abla Abrial and Helene Rannou visited Korea and Singapore for Business Review in APAC region.
In Singapore, the IOLT members experienced firsthand diverse cultural experiences in the ASEAN countries. They witnessed the strong collaboration of the ASEAN employees through the intensive business review discussion and town hall – an interactive session between the employees & IOLT members during their two days journey. The key talents also have great opportunities to interact with our IOLT members through 1:1 talent session, including a top /rising talents brown bag lunch session with Mari. The ASEAN employees also gain insightful takeaways on taking ownership of their career development plan in Ipsen during the IOLT members sharing in the town hall session. Most importantly, Mari and Helene also bought back their insights into the Singapore and Thailand healthcare systems through their HCP visits, respectively.
In Korea, Anne Laure and Mari also get touched with local talents, it was a great opportunity for people to showcase their achievements, leverage their communication capabilities and share their culture. In addition to Business review, we set up a true journey through Poster Session, Career discussions and immersion into the healthcare system with an HCP visit to listen market situation and express the expectation. In this career month period, it was very beneficial for Talents to have the opportunity to being exposed to senior leaders and to put their Presentation skills & Strategic Thinking at test.
We would be delighted to share our experience and lessons learnt, do not hesitate to contact us. We are stronger together!
Warmest Regards,
HR Head of Cluster for SC China & APAC
