Dear colleagues,
HR congresses and conferences are a great opportunity to meet HR colleagues from other companies or industries and to share best practices and bring our learnings back to Ipsen. Most of the HR congresses offer discounts when signing up as a group or gift slots when the company sends a speaker or sponsors the event. However, we don’t always know when an Ipsen colleague is planning to attend or to speak at an event.
To change this, I would like to invite you to share your interests and plans via our HR community, using a simple list of upcoming events in the HR Communication sharepoint folder (under HR Communication > 06-HR Conferences & Events or click here).
This living document will give us the opportunity to:
- Sign-up to the event as a group, thus receiving discounts and optimize attendance,
- Invite interested colleagues to your session if you are a speaker,
- Reach out to colleagues who attended a congress you have missed to share and learn from each other,
- To connect with colleagues being in town for a congress if you live close by.
By the way, the deadline to buy our group tickets for the February LEAP HR Europe conference in Amsterdam is coming up this Friday (click here to see the agenda). There is still time to sign-up as a team – if you are already planning to go or got interested, check with your managers and let us know via the file so that we can leverage that group discount!
