We have done a First time leader training session this March in Iberia.  We have done it with some managers in order to test the program and at the same time to retrain them in managing skills. It’s been so good that other managers are coming to us saying they want to do it as well 😊  !!!

From the outcome, I can say that the program is proper for First Time Leaders and great for refreshing Managers skills.
