we are pleased to inform you that Ipsen Italy has received the Meritorg certification as a company attentive to meritocratic values: equal opportunities, quality and development of human capital, talent attractiveness, rules and transparency.
The “Forum della Meritocrazia” is a non-profit association that promotes activities aimed at enhancing merit within companies and has awarded Ipsen S.p.A. with the Meritorg 2021 certification.
Meritorg is the first tool for mapping and monitoring “merit” in organisations, divided into 5 measurement indicators:
