Great Place to Work Italia’s Best Workplace ™ for Women 2021 ranking has been published which identifies the 20 best companies in which the female population has expressed the most intense appreciation for working in a great place to work.
The Best Workplaces ™ for Women 2021 ranking is based on the opinion of over 13,400 female employees of the companies analyzed and awarded the 20 companies that obtained the highest score based on:

• Media Trust Index of women in the company;
• Difference between the average Trust Index  of women and men in the company;
• Female presence in the company and female presence within top management;
• Parity Index for women (index that takes into consideration: the possibility of taking time off from work, fair pay, profit sharing, fairness of promotions, absence of favoritism, impartiality linked to gender);

The model of questionnaire highlights how an excellent work environment is characterized by three fundamental relationships: a relationship of mutual trust with the company management, the relationship of pride in one’s work and in the organization to which one belongs and the quality of relations with colleagues.
