Well-known online recruitment service hh.ru has presented its annual rating of employers for 2021. The hh.ru rating is one of the most authoritative projects for assessing the attractiveness of employer brands, which has been running for 12 years. In 2021, 1900 companies from all regions of Russia participated in the project, and only 783 became finalists. The assessment was carried out according to three criteria: the effectiveness of the HR division, the level of employees engagement and the opinion of applicants.

We are pleased to share that Ipsen is on the list of the best among mid-sized companies! According to the rating results, Ipsen has been listed as “Attractive and open employer who successfully develops HR processes and the company’s image”.
