A fresh news from China!
Together with China Leadership team, we held a China Employee townhall to launch the ESG application award!
Everyone immersed themselves in this fantastic event where we delved into various topic of fostering well-being as we continue our journey towards a great place to work. We had the opportunity to recall how incredible achievements we have made during past 2 years since SC established, and look forward to diversified aspects of employee well-being, recognizing the importance of creating a workplace that everyone feels valued and supported. Also, we call for each Ipsen employee to create real impact everyday to make a sustainable development. This was fully integrated by the introduction and elaboration of EVP where we believe the spirit of EVP and Ipsen’s ESG philosophy (Generation Ipsen) are perfectly connected and aligned.
With the joint endeavor of passionate HR team and with generous support from global colleagues Fabienne, Abbie and Global ESG team, it made a remarkable impact with employees’ active participation and enthusiasm!
