Dear HR colleagues,

I wanted to share with you  the Inclusion workshop we ran at Ipsen Australia focusing on Unconscious Bias as a kick off to Diversity & Inclusion at our company business meeting on 3 February which was a great success.

I took the theme of the workshop which was run at the GHRM in 2019 and created a local workshop with a service provider. We ran through all types of biases and gave scenarios which the teams at each table had to work on.

We came up with the following ‘motto’ to help employees remember how to combat unconscious bias … They need to give a DAM.

It was a great first step of D&I awareness for all of us.
