I am happy to share with you how we did engage our employees around the Engagement survey actions’ plan in Australia.
Our theme for the launch of 2020 was the Power of Next.
I ran a session where the whole company was seated in diverse function groups to talk through the employee engagement survey results and asked to select the most important thing to work and why?
One photo represents that session with me standing in front of poster saying “gee, tell me what you really think?”, the 2nd photo is of the tables as they sat together to talk about the results.
The team thought this session was extremely valuable in airing their views, analysing the results and providing insights across their respective areas that everyone could learn from in understanding the issues we would like to address. The GM and I then summarised the feedback and presented back at the end of the conference.
2020 is the start of a new decade.
A chance to begin the next chapter.
A time to unlock the next opportunity.
Advancements happen in our field every day,
and though tomorrow remains unknown,
we will focus on the power of today.
Be at the forefront of the next change.
Whether that’s the next generation of drugs
or the next cure to a debilitating disease.
