Dear all,

In order to better support you on iPeople as well as to optimize the HRIS support organization, we have decided to set up weekly “Office Hours”, starting the week of July 17^th 2023.

Two sessions of 30 minutes each will be planned each week to accommodate the different time zones.

Those “Office Hours” sessions will have no pre-defined content, so that you will be able to raise whatever questions / issues you may have on iPeople in a very free format. The iPeople refresher training sessions will still be organized once per quarter.

Outside of these “Office Hours” we will ask you to avoid contacting directly the HRIS team.

Of course, you will still be able to log your requests on the IT portal (select Log a request / Corporate applications / iPeople).
