Dear Colleagues,

We are excited to share the news of the official launch of the HR Admin Community.

We held our first meeting on June 12^th and have received great feedback within the session and following.

The purpose of the HR Admin Community is to:

• Ensure the information the HR Admin community needs is readily available
• To Improve the onboarding and training of HR Admin members wherever needed
• No person or country feels isolated within our HR Admin community.
• To listen and act upon the pain points of the HR Admin Community and help to align on prioritise.
• To recognize and celebrate the successes
• To share our learning, experience and utilise this to shape future HR Admin processes and tools.
