Dear Colleagues,
We are excited to share the news of the official launch of the HR Admin Community.
We held our first meeting on June 12th and have received great feedback within the session and following.
The purpose of the HR Admin Community is to:
- Ensure the information the HR Admin community needs is readily available
- To Improve the onboarding and training of HR Admin members wherever needed
- No person or country feels isolated within our HR Admin community.
- To listen and act upon the pain points of the HR Admin Community and help to align on prioritise.
- To recognize and celebrate the successes
- To share our learning, experience and utilise this to shape future HR Admin processes and tools.
We have created a page within the existing HR Community SharePoint site to bring together the available information, you can visit the page here
Thank you to all attendees and those that have watched the recordings and provided feedback since.
We look forward to the next meetings on the 6th and 7th September.

I was not invited to the meeting on June 12th and do not have meetings on my calendar for September. Is there representation from NA invited to these meetings?

The attendees are those with the role of HR Admin Officer within iPeople. NA was well represented by People Services.
