Great Place to Work (GPTW) is an external accreditation body and global leader in workplace culture; the group helps organizations to create a consistently positive employee experience, accrediting those who meet the criteria set.
Companies with GPTW certification see stronger business performance and half the voluntary turnover of their industry peers. In addition, accreditation confers a sense of pride and acts as a magnet for the top talent we aim to attract to support us in having a real impact for patients and society.
At Ipsen, every eligible country (>10 employees) runs for accreditation every other year. This year, the following countries will be taking part: Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, UK, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, China, Austria, Taiwan, Australia, Singapore, Romania.
By the end of 2024 our goal is to have a total of 28 countries externally accredited.
