Dear colleagues,
I’d like to welcome Lucie Novak to the Global Talent Acquisition and the NCE and NOBA HR Teams, joining as Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner NCE & NOBA on October 15th, 2025, supporting hiring in Northern and Central Europe as well as Nordics & Baltics.
In this role, Lucie will support the country leadership and management teams in the recruitment of all roles across the cluster.
Lucie has worked in talent acquisition since 2011, enjoying roles of increasing seniority in organisations like Abbott and Unilever. More recently Lucie has worked for Envista, recruiting for roles across Europe. She brings deep experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology & medical devices hiring, with a focus on Medical Affairs, Sales and aligned functions.
Roles reporting to the General Manager and sitting on the country leadership teams will continue to be recruited by Dan Moran, Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner, International.
Lucie will be based in Prague and report to me with dotted line to Smahane Kissi, Regional HR Lead NCE NOBA.
