
Thank You for all your support with the Engagement Survey and associated follow up plans – it has been invaluable. Chantelle and I had a call with Glint on which they told us that our approach has been exemplary and that the engagement with the platform is among the highest they’ve seen. So huge congratulations!
In the background, we’ve created a progress dashboard, which includes a summary of where people are focusing. This dashboard now sits on the Our Culture page and will be updated monthly. Do take a look and encourage your managers to update their focus area action(s) so that we can follow the status. A pulse survey will be done later this year (date TBC – I will confirm with you as soon as I know) to measure the impact of these actions.
Over the course of this month, Chantelle and I will be triaging the actions submitted to date so that we can identify potential areas for collaboration to avoid duplication of effort across the company. We will also start to share case studies of specific actions on the Our Culture page, for inspiration.
Finally, as you may have heard, we are currently piloting the Glint platform to support a 360 feedback program, which will be available for use in the second half of the year. By managing all 360s through Glint we will be introducing a simplified, harmonized, company-wide approach to drive our feedback culture, which aligns with our Ipsen Way of Being, supports data-driven insight gathering, and will save time and money. We’ll be in touch shortly with more information. In the meantime, please could you let Chantelle (chantelle.lejeune@ipsen.com) know who you are currently using to support 360 and your anticipated 2022 requirements (rough numbers only at this stage)?
