I am pleased to announce that Soleen Ghahraman was promoted to North America Talent Acquisition & Executive Candidate Care Specialist within the Global Talent organization on November 1, 2021. She will report to Head of Talent Acquisition, North America with a dotted line to me and will continue to be located in Cambridge.

Soleen joined Ipsen in February of 2020 as an Employee Experience Associate and has done a phenomenal job in her role as an EEA. Prior to joining Ipsen as her first job, interned as a Public Health Assistant for the World Federation of Public Health Associations in Geneva, Switzerland. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is currently working towards receiving her Master’s in Public Health from King’s College London.

In her new role, Soleen will focus on the candidate experience, ensuring a high touch service with all candidates while keeping key stakeholders informed.  She will develop standard operating procedures for all candidate care processes and ensure consistent experience for all hiring teams and candidates.  She will also focus on building talent communities for critical positions and will leverage the Executive Search team to help with reports, spreadsheets, and Candidate Relationship Management system databases.
