Sometimes, knowing who to go to for what can seem a little harder than it needs to be.  You either try and figure it out yourself and are left feeling a little uncertain and vulnerable, as I have in the past, or your take a scatter gun approach and ask every person you know in your network (which is not necessarily an efficient way to work).

A Talent Management and Development Community was set up last year and we want to remind you who we are.  Of course, the names of those in the community may change as people move, and sometimes we have temporary gaps – the important thing here is that you know there is someone dedicated to Talent Management and Development Topics for you to go to for each cluster/hub/division as well as at group level.  We meet monthly as a group for 2-way discussions to ensure alignment with business needs.
