Develop with the speed of business!
Ipsen is focused on the continuous development of its employees and improving the efficiency of business processes, and this is only possible when each of us feels responsible for what he does and becomes a leader in his workplace.
In July 2020, a new employee development project at the company – One Ipsen Future Leaders Program – was successfully completed for the second time. This is an intensive comprehensive program aimed at building managerial competencies and developing leadership potential within Ipsen.
The graduates of the program were 10 employees from Russia, who worked for 10 months within the program and developed their skills and competencies trough different activities (program based on 70-20-10 development model):
- Functional projects were aligned with Company Strategy (Medical, BE, Marketing, Market Access). All final presentations you could find in the attached files.
- Trainings: Project Management, Presentation skills, Leadership and People management.
- Work with BU Head and Franchise managers: short session with each leader with focus on developing business acumen.
- Home work: online trainings and books.
- “Theatre” approach: our small performance was presented to all employees of Ipsen Russia.
- Mentoring: all participants were included in Ipsen Mentoring Program.
This project helps us not only to develop leadership competencies of our employees, but also to raise motivation and loyalty to our company. It is a great and inspirational example to other colleagues to become the best at what they do every day and to join the team of One Ipsen Future Leaders.
