Yesterday, the Action Pulse 2022 was launched across Ipsen, and we have a HUGE favor to ask of you, our dear HR colleagues.

The Global HR Meeting takes place 11-13 October and we are keen to take the opportunity of a session we are running to share your feedback with the team that will be on site. We can only do that though if the HR response rate is already high by 7th October.

Aline and I were going to commit to some sort of forfeit if we got >70% of you responding, but the HR team is already at 38% after just 1 day, and we’re too scared now that you’ll succeed in reaching the target! It’s absolutely wonderful to see how willing you are as a team to offer feedback to help further improve our culture within HR and across Ipsen.
