We LISTENED, we LEARNED, we ACTED. Following our last Global Engagement Survey, a focused, purpose-driven effort has gone in to affecting change as evidence by the statistics below:

Now it’s time to find out what IMPACT these collective actions have had on lighting up our culture at Ipsen. On the 4th of October we will launch the Action Pulse 2022.
The Pulse Survey is designed to:
- Assess what improvement there has been in the top 10 focus areas identified during the 2021 Global Engagement Survey
- Re-assess how engaged we are as a team overall
As we work towards establishing our aspirational company culture as outlined in the Culture Manifesto, turning our traffic lights green, we need to take consistent and deliberate action to create positive change based on cross-company input. Employee engagement continues to be a key focus at Ipsen. Engaged employees are absorbed in and enthusiastic about their work. They find a greater sense of meaning in what they do, see a stronger connection between their strengths and their role, and expend discretionary effort in their performance. These positive behaviors create positive impact on our business in terms of productivity, profitability, and reputation.
This Action Pulse (18 questions) will come from our partner Glint (survey@glintinc.com), the third party we use to ensure confidentiality and an optimal experience. The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. As per the Engagement Survey ran in October 2021, to protect the confidentiality of respondents, managers will only receive results of the survey for their teams when they have more than 5 responses for quantitative data and more than 10 responses for qualitative data in the Glint platform.
Your Role:
You play a significant role in the process, from promoting completion of the survey to supporting leaders and managers. Based on the results of the Pulse Survey, managers will be able to assess the outcomes of the action plans they put in place following the 2021 Global Survey, defining the appropriate next step, be it celebration or adjustment.
Next Steps:
- For a refresher of how to use the Glint platform, please find the HR training video HERE and the presentation HERE
- You will shortly receive: the Communication Plan and kit
- To support you, we will also be organizing drop-in sessions ahead of the survey launch, and again post Pulse once the results are available, for you and your managers in case there are any questions
- Please ensure that data in iPeople are up to date. Glint invites will go to all active employees within iPeople. The data upload for the survey will be done on 30th September 2022, after which no further changes can be made
- Please schedule time with your managers in September to walk through a rollout and communications plan for your organization
- For your information, the next Global Engagement Survey is planned for May 2023.
