I am very happy to share with you this great opportunity in Human Resources for a 1-year-assignment to discover R&D environment and to work with different stakeholders in HR and in the Business.
Role: HRBP R&D (also advertised in iPeople)
Assignment duration: 1 year starting November 13th , 2023
Location: Les Ulis / Boulogne (with regular travel to Les Ulis/Dreux)
Reporting to: Anne Chevalier – HR Director
Reporting to the Ipsen Innovation and Ipsen PharmSciences R&D HR Department, he/she participates in the operational management of the R&D population based at Les Ulis and Dreux.
In line with IPSEN’s business objectives, he/she is responsible for applying HR policies to managers and employees, in conjunction with the Group’s HR experts, by :
- Deploying all HR programs and procedures (recruitment, compensation, training, performance monitoring, talent review, disciplinary)
- Anticipating and proposing improvements to tools, processes and programs
- Supporting managers and teams in all their HR actions
- Liaise with the Shared Service Center and all centralized activities and tools (Workday, ADP….).
Main responsibilities and tasks
Team support – Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers
Act as the main point of contact for teams on all HR issues, and provide managers with support in deploying the HR tools and processes defined by the Group:
- Responding to employees and managers, listening, advising and assisting them, while respecting the company’s interests.
- Support managers in defining and implementing actions and programs to provide HR responses to business needs,
- Consolidate data collected on all HR cycles and processes, analyze them and propose action plans.
- Ensure the effective appropriation by teams of all HR programs (performance, development, salary reviews, HRIS tools, etc.).
Individual relations
- Support for individual relations procedures
- Follow-up litigation with the Labor Relations Department
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the recruitment plan, working closely with the Talent Acquisition teams and acting as an advisor to managers.
- Participate in the definition of needs and implement the integration process for new recruits at the site: prepare the arrival of new employees, welcome them and monitor their progress.
- Responsible for reporting and KPIs
Project and data management
- Active member of the HR community: R&D division, France projects and Corporate initiatives.
- Support for various HR cycles (Salary Review, Performance Campaign, Talent Review, etc.)
- Set up and monitor key indicators and related reporting
- Ensure HR tools are kept up to date
- Occasional participation in multi-site or global R&D projects
Labor relations
- Participate in the management of labor relations and maintain a constructive social dialogue.
- Provide active support for labor relations management: prepare agendas, send out invitations, etc.
- Participate in the preparation of questions emanating from the site.
Training
- Active member of the Training France community;
- Propose site initiatives, in line with Group and Division initiatives, and present them to the appropriate bodies.
- Collect needs via our iDevelop tool, compile them, propose coherent actions in liaison with the Shared Services Center France.
- Manage the deployment of the training plan on site, in liaison with the Shared Services Center France.
- Keep monitoring indicators up to date, and present them to the appropriate bodies as necessary.
Quality of life at work
- Deploy the Group’s QWL policy at the Les Ulis and Dreux sites
- Propose local initiatives: lead the local QWL group
EHS
- Comply with applicable EHS regulations and procedures
- Contribute to the site’s EHS performance by reporting risks, malfunctions or improvements.
- Participate in mandatory EHS training
Experience / Qualifications
Education / Degree
Master 2 in Human Resources, Labour Law or equivalent
Experience
– Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a generalist Human Resources position
– Solid knowledge of the entire function
– Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Languages
Fluent English (international environment)
