We are delighted to confirm that the next Glint 360 Feedback cycle for all eligible managers will launch on Tuesday 17th September and the approval deadline in iPeople will be Friday 6th September 2024. Please find decision tree below to guide your thinking:
A reminder that there is no need to request a 360 / coaching / debrief in iPeople for employees who are part of a Global Leadership Development or Career Acceleration Programs.
For those who are responsible for the purchase of coaching licences for each division (see here), the deadline to communicate your needs for the remainder of 2024 is Friday 9th August. Please notify Nicola George directly.

15 October Licence with BetterUp for 360 debrief and/or coaching starts
