We are pleased to share the revised communication timeline for the People Experience (PeX) Survey 2026. This comprehensive plan ensures all HR colleagues are well informed and prepared for each stage of the survey process. Please familiarise yourselves with the key dates and actions below to support effective engagement and results dissemination.

Survey Launch 7–26 April GLINT invitations were sent on 7 April; reminders for non-completers throughout the period
Participation Rate & Thank You Email Week commencing 27 April Closing email sent to all employees, including participation rate
Results Access for ELT 11 May ELT members receive access to results
ELT Results Session 19 May Session with Sara Glynn, Senior People Science Consultant – Viva Glint, to align global focus areas
Results Cascade (Global) 26 May David Loew shares top line results, global focus areas, and Culture Manifesto
Results Cascade (Managers) 27 May Managers receive results and culture lights
GLT Culture Session 11 June Aligning on the culture strategy
