Dear colleagues,
I would like to remind you that the iPeople server will be migrated to a new data center on April 26th.
It will have the following impacts:
- iPeople will be unavailable on April 26th from 6PM CET to April 27th EOB including the external career site meaning candidates will not be able to apply.
- After the migration on April 28th, the URL of iPeople will be changed:
- If you access iPeople using MyApps on MyIpsen, you will be able to continue connecting this way on April 28th as the URL will be updated in MyApps.
- If you have bookmarked the access to iPeople, you will have to update your bookmark using the link http://ipsen.to/ipeople.
- The links included in the notifications sent by iPeople prior to the migration will not work anymore starting April 28th. You will have to go directly in iPeople to check your tasks and notifications.
- Integrations between iPeople and third-party systems will not run on April 26th and 27th but will be reconnected after the migration.
- A manual change is required to continue accessing the mobile app (see instructions sent by GDIT to all employees GDIT – iPeople (Workday) – Important action Required.msg)
After the migration, if you get any request from employees having issues to connect, please redirect them to the ServiceDesk.
