R&D HR Organization Announcements

Following the announcement of Alexandra Anguissola’s departure effective the end of June, we have reorganized the R&D HR organization to enable a hybrid model combining Site HR Operations for Les Ulis and Dreux with strategic HRBP responsibilities. This change enables us to create attractive roles for high caliber talent and provide new opportunities for the R&D team to continue to grow and learn. We are pleased to announce the following organizational changes to the R&D HRLT and to France HR effective July 1.

Khadija Dembélé will assume the role as Director, Human Resources, Global R&D Functions. In this role, Khadija will provide strategic leadership and oversight as a trusted global business partner to Global Regulatory Affairs & Quality (GRQ), and will continue to partner with Clinical Development Operations (CDO) and Research & Development Operations (GRDO) functions. She will respectively support Stéphane André, Heather White and Ritu Namdev. She will continue to report to Lisa DiPaolo and will remain based in our Bathroad office in the UK.

Aline Dudouit will assume the role as Director, Human Resources, Global R&D Functions supporting the Research, External innovation and Early Development (REED) organization in addition to her role as Deputy, SVP HR for R&D. In this role, Aline will partner with Christelle Huguet and her organization to drive key strategic and operational priorities as we move forward to evolve our Ipsen culture, ensuring the alignment of our people strategy and driving execution across the business in support of our business objectives. Aline will continue to work closely with Lisa DiPaolo to help drive the R&D transformation, create a people first culture and enhance employee experience within R&D. She will continue to report to Lisa DiPaolo and will remain based in Boulogne office, commuting regularly to Les Ulis site in France.

Alexandra’s successor once identified, will be the Global HR Business Partner for Pharmaceutical Development, in addition to Site Head HR Director for Les Ulis and Pharm Dev Dreux. This position will report to Cyrille Debar and Lisa DiPaolo, and will remain located in Les Ulis, commuting regularly to Dreux. Aline will continue to support the Pharmaceutical Development organization for the transition period and until a successor is named.

Kendra Baillie, Director, HRBP R&D and Canada Commercial will continuing leading HR Ipsen Canada in addition to supporting the Therapeutic Area Unit Heads, Yan Moore, Steven Glyman and Jennifer Schranz, as well as Finance in R&D. She will also operate as the HR Lead for R&D Asset Teams.

Justin Dowling, Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner will continue providing Site HR Operations support for Global functions in Cambridge and Newton, as well as HRBP for the North America Rare Disease Business Unit in addition to his development assignment as Associate Oncology Account Specialist.
