Dear Colleagues,

I’m very proud to inform you of the successful launch in May of a new Payroll system in the United Kingdom, Ireland and China SC.

I would like to thank more particularly for their contribution and dedication to these projects:

• Janet Wang, HRSS Manager, China SC, acting as local HR and payroll lead for China.
• Gavin Daly, Payroll Advisor UK&I, acting as Payroll specialist for UK&I
• and Karen Edge, Senior HR Advisor, acting as HR Specialist for UK&I

And this would not have been possible without the strong support from:

We have already taken advantage in expanding the UK&I system whilst working with the UK&I Compensation and Benefits team to integrate the regions new employee incentive “Holiday Trading” for the UK&I region.

This project has enhanced our flexibility and scalability for future change and enables us to drive efficiencies and reduce our number of vendors whilst focusing on our employee experience. During our Hypercare period we will explore further improvements.
