As part of the ongoing hiring barrier removal process within Ipsen we are glad to share with you the new Primary Location Decision Guidance, developed and piloted by the Global TA Team.
The purpose of this document is to support hiring managers with selecting the most suitable Ipsen Hub location when launching recruitment for global roles. We appreciate this can often be difficult and lead to the primary location changing during the recruitment process, causing disruption and delays.
We strongly advise this is provided to hiring managers for global roles prior to the launch of recruitment so they can select the most suitable location to add to the job description, as well as modify their headcount allocation and budget where required.
