I am pleased to announce that Pinar Hanna has been promoted to Director, Global Executive Search, effective September 1, 2020.  She will continue to report to me.

In this capacity, Pinar will be responsible for attracting and hiring the best talent for all GLT positions, across company in addition to the three hubs. She will be the go-to for global executive searches by providing a targeted recruiting approach, market intelligence and mapping with a white glove candidate experience to attract and hire the best talent for Ipsen.

Pinar joined Ipsen in July 2017 as the North America recruiter, hiring over 80 people to support Ipsen’s commercial business goals. Pinar was then promoted to Head of Executive Search in Q4 of 2018 as part of our new Global Talent Acquisition COE model. Since this time, she has placed over 28 executives globally and her efforts contributed to over $4 million in search firm avoidance spend. In a short time, Pinar has gained credibility with the HRLT, business leaders and created strong executive processes.

Pinar brings over 15 years of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources experience. Prior to Ipsen, Pinar served as Manager of Experienced Hire Recruiting for the Advisory team within KPMG, HR Talent Acquisition Specialist for Arup and Client Service Delivery Manager with Aerotek Clinical in New York City.  Pinar received her Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from the University of Delaware.
