The 2023 Performance Review campaign had been launched on November 1^st!

To continuously support our HR Community, we are happy to inform you that Site HR and BHR now have the option to reassign the Performance Review tasks.

This should be used in case of manager’s absence to be able to reassign the task to the manager above (according to the management chain).

Here are the steps:

• Enter “Reassign task” in the iPeople search bar
• In the “Reassign tasks for worker” field, put the name of the manager
• Click OK
• In the “Reassign to” column, select Management chain to find the name of the above manager

Also, you will find the guidance to manage the Send back (when you need to send the Perf review back to the manager during calibration).
