As announced during our Global HR Webcast yesterday, we are going to launch a short Managers survey to collect their feedback on the Performance & Compensation campaigns.

They will be asked how they rate their overall experience (as a manager) on a 1 to 5 rate scale, and if they have any comment or suggestion to further improve our campaigns.

They will receive an email on April 2nd enclosing a link to the survey, and a QR code to flash if ever they prefer to carry on their phone. Although the questions are in English, they may answer in their own language if they prefer. The survey remains open until April 16th.

We would appreciate you can communicate to your managers and encourage them to share their feedback with us.

The analysis of the results will be delivered to the HRLT, and we will reconvene how to cascade to the managers and you.
