Performance & Compensation – HR Feedback

Dear HR,

On April 1st we will officially close our annual performance & compensation processes for 2023-2024. This is now time to analyze how this has happened and what could be the lessons for the next campaigns. Therefore, I’m happy to launch this feedback session on the iPerform, ACR, STI and Compensation Letters processes.

 

With the new Performance model, its impact on ACR and the high expectations and challenges on our compensation roadmap, we must collect all the necessary feedback to support the next transformational changes.

  1. NEW – There is a quick survey questionnaire to collect ratings and quantitative feedback. This will facilitate the analysis and the communication of the outputs.
  2. As last year, we will organize face-to-face meetings to collect your comments & suggestions for a more qualitative feedback (what went well, not well or what would you like it to be).

Survey questionnaire must be submitted before April 4th so we can check the results before the face-to-face meetings which must be completed by April 12th.

 

Your C&B Partner will send an email with instructions and the link to a questionnaire to all Country HR & HRBP. There will be another questionnaire for HR Operations (HR Shared Services, Payroll & Admin).

Don’t hesitate to ask your C&B Partner to be part of our feedback process if ever you wish and haven’t received it yet.
