Yesterday (May 28th), managers got access to their results from the People Experience Survey, in the Viva Glint platform (Dashboard – Viva Glint)!
As a heads up, before of the communication to all employees on June 3rd , we’re pleased to share with you the 2 Global Focus Areas selected for this year by the ELT:

- We Own our Growth & Celebrate
Within these 2 areas, managers will be able to identify which themes they want to focus on to contribute:
- to Continuously Improve & Focus: Simplification, Collaboration, Decision Making, Productivity, Resources Planning & Prioritization, Change Communication, Driving Inclusion
- to Own our Growth & Celebrate: Feedback, Career opportunity and paths, Competency Development, Transparent communication, Work Life Balance & Wellbeing, Driving Inclusion
