Dear HR Colleagues,
We are pleased to confirm that the global People Experience Survey 2026, will run this year from Tuesday 7th – Sunday 26th April and will continue to comprise of two statement sets. The first set will support assessment of overall engagement, culture evolution, action plan impact, and inclusiveness. The second one helps us further link diversity, equity, and inclusion at Ipsen by capturing demographic details in those countries where it is permitted to do so. The statements will remain mainly the same this year with 1 new statement and a slight update to the open statement to encourage more specific feedback.

Please remind your managers to continue communicating on the actions they’ve taken. The We Said, We Did template is available here.
We will also send you a link to promotional materials soon to help you communicate locally.
Optional drop-in sessions have been set up on 3rd and 5th March if you have any questions.
As usual we will also set up optional training sessions for you and for managers during the survey period to answer any questions on using the Glint Platform and creating focus area actions.
Please ensure that iPeople is as up-to-date as possible as the invites and reporting lines at the time of the survey will be reflected in Glint.
A reminder that the Action Planning Resource Hub is available to support our collective efforts in the Global Focus Areas for 2025-2026:
We Continuously Improve & Focus
We Own our Growth & Celebrate
