Dear HR Colleagues,
In preparation for the global People Experience Survey 2024, please find here an overview of the objectives, statements to be included, and timelines.
In brief, the survey will go to all employees, will run from 6-24th May, and will comprise two statement sets. The first set will support assessment of overall engagement, culture evolution, action plan impact, and inclusiveness. The second one helps us further link diversity, equity, and inclusion at Ipsen by capturing demographic details in those countries where it is permitted to do so.

Drop in calls have been placed in your diary for later this week to elaborate on the slides, hear any thoughts you would like to share, and to answer any questions you have.
We will also send you a link to promotional materials soon to help you communicate locally.
As usual we will set up optional training sessions for you and for managers during the survey period to answer any questions on using the Glint Platform and creating focus area actions.
Please ensure that iPeople is as up-to-date as possible as the invites and reporting lines at the time of the survey will be reflected in Glint.
Finally, in addition to the internal People Experience Survey, the following countries will take part in the Great Place to Work external accreditation in September 2024: Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Korea (TBC), Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, and U.K. More information about the process will be shared with those involved in March.
We look forward to working with you on these important topics,
Abbie, Aline, and Chantelle
