Organization Updates for the HR ANZ Team

It is with regret I would like to inform you that Melanie Adkins has decided to leave Ipsen with her last day with the business being the 2nd August.

Melanie joined us in June 2020 in the newly created role of HR Generalist for ANZ.  Like many others who joined our business in 2020 Melanie was onboarded virtually and it took 5 months before she was able to meet her HR colleagues or anyone else in the business FTF!

Although it has been a relatively short time the value that Melanie has brought in her HR partnering and project implementation has been significant.  Melanie has been our face of Ipsen for recruitment, onboarding and all facets of the changes that occur for our employees as they go through life experiences such as maternity leave or in their own development.  She successfully led the recent Employee Share Purchase Plan and throughout the COVID/lockdown impacts has guided us through Meditation sessions and been a champion for wellness and our Ipsen Ways of Being.  Melanie’s positivity, strong work ethic and sunny smile will be missed by us all.

Thank you so much Melanie for your partnership and support!

We have begun the process for recruiting a HR Generalist and will keep you updated as we progress.  I am very pleased to advise that Natalie Millar, who worked with us in HR last year, will be returning to Ipsen on a part-time temporary basis to ensure a continuity of service delivery for HR/recruitment as we recruit for this full-time role.  Natalie will be joining us on Tuesday, 20th July and will work from Tues-Thursday each week.

Please join me in wishing Melanie all the best for her future and welcoming Natalie back to Ipsen.

Kind regards

Alex SAKELLARIDIS
Human Resources Regional Lead
